It was just a few M-rated submissions I flagged to bump up the rating because they contained exposed nudity and genitalia. I also flagged some E-rated submissions because while they weren't pornographic they still had like the outline of a character's vagina or showed the camel toe. I forgot to say this in my original reply but I also flagged some reviews that were considered to be harassment toward the creator or was bigoted.
