I really like the old cartoon influence in this such as the music being mostly classical/jazz songs as well as the title card reminding me of Tom & Jerry. I'd say the only issues I have with this are that some of the shots do drag on for a little bit and that the scene where Mokou and Kaguya are running away from Reimu is animated rather oddly.
Overall, this is a pretty good animation.
